With 20 years of experience, Renata de Figueiredo Pinto serves as the Corporate Relations Manager for Canada Integrated Gas (CIG). She brings strong leadership and a people focused approach to fostering positive performance and behaviours across the business, while advancing key objectives and demonstrating the value Corporate Relations brings to Shell. 

A subject matter expert in non-technical risk management, social performance, and stakeholder and Indigenous relations, Renata has a deep passion for working with Indigenous peoples and advancing respectful, trust-based partnerships. She excels at developing and executing strategies that align short- and long-term business goals and enable priority outcomes while helping to protect Shell’s reputation. 

Renata completed the Master’s program in Sustainability and Environmental Management at Harvard University Extension School and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil. Outside of work, she is often found driving her kids to their many activities, while also making time to read, travel, and happily geek out in history museums.
