Loretta Tuttauk is a Métis Cree woman, founder of Loretta’s Wellness Circle, and a passionate facilitator of Indigenous wellness experiences, cultural teachings, and community connection. With over 20 years of experience in social work, cultural support, and community-based wellness, Loretta brings a grounded, heartfelt approach to every gathering she leads.
Her work is rooted in the teachings of her late Kookum and guided by Elders, Ancestors, and Indigenous values of respect, relationship, gratitude, care, and connection. Through Loretta’s Wellness Circle, she creates meaningful spaces for learning, reflection, wellness, and relationship-building through medicine teachings, storytelling, workshops, retreats, and land-based experiences.
Loretta is honoured to work with organizations, communities, and groups seeking authentic opportunities to engage with Indigenous perspectives in a good way. Her work supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves and one another, and building understanding through teachings, wellness practices, and meaningful conversation. Through her products and experiences, Loretta continues to share teachings grounded in traditional medicines, intention, and care.
