Sheryl-Ann Carscadden is a respected Indigenous leader, facilitator, and speaker known for creating spaces where courageous conversations lead to meaningful change. A Cree and Métis professional with more than four decades of leadership experience across corporate, community, and non-profit sectors, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight, lived experience, and compassionate facilitation to her work.
As founder of Sundance Source and Propel Works, Sheryl-Ann specializes in helping organizations strengthen relationships, navigate complexity, and build cultures grounded in trust, inclusion, and accountability. Her work spans Indigenous relations, reconciliation action planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation, with clients ranging from major corporations to community organizations and public institutions.
Sheryl-Ann has led transformative initiatives in sectors including energy, technology, professional services, arts and culture, and Indigenous governance. She is widely recognized for her ability to translate difficult issues into clear, human-centered dialogue that people can understand and act upon.
In the Lateral Kindness Workshop, Sheryl-Ann draws on both professional expertise and personal commitment to help participants move beyond patterns of lateral harm toward cultures rooted in dignity, empathy, safety, and collective healing. Her facilitation style is thoughtful, direct, and deeply engaging—inviting participants to reflect honestly while building practical pathways for change.
