Michelle is the owner of Elevate and Empower Coaching and Consulting, and is serving as the Senior Director of Indigenous Relations for the City of Vancouver, she is leading the City as the first municipality in Canada to implement UNDRIP collaboratively with Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh. Michelle continues to blaze a path forward, empowering others and leaving an indelible mark on the communities she serves.
