How to Register
Step 1: Create an Account
- Visit: https://conference.ccib.ca/secure/portal/login.php
- Select: NEW: REGISTER HERE
- Fill in the requested information, then select ‘submit’
Step 2: Verify your account
- Once you submit the requested information you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to validate your account. Please be sure to check your junk mail.
Step 3: Log back into the event registration site
- Once you verify your account, you will be able to access the event registration page.
- Login to the conference registration dashboard by visiting: https://conference.ccib.ca/secure/portal/dashboard.php
Step 4: Select the green icon that reads ‘register for an event’ in the top right corner and fill out the requested information
- If you are a member of CCIB, please be sure to add your company name. Your ticket price will adjust accordingly.
- If you are a sponsor, guest speaker, patron, member, or were invited by an organization, the discount code provided will be entered on the second page of the registration. Your total will adjust at check-out.
- Add additional guest(s) by clicking on the button that states “Add more attendees” before checking out.
- Complete the payment by credit card. All payment methods are accepted.
Step 5: Access receipts or modify your registration
- If you would like to add guest information, modify your existing registration, or access your invoice, log into the event dashboard and select ‘edit registration’ in the top right corner.
Disclaimer: Please note that tickets are non-refundable after May 21.
Additional Information
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds: You can request a full refund up to 14 days before the event. After this date, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds as event costs and materials have been finalized.
- Ticket Transfers: If you can no longer attend and are past the refund deadline, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost.
- How to Transfer: Please email us at events@ccib.ca with the new attendee’s full name and email.
Seating Information
- The Forum: We use open seating, so feel free to choose any available spot when you arrive.
- The Dinner: This portion of the evening features assigned seating.
- Special Requests: You can submit seating or table requests during registration. While we do our absolute best to accommodate everyone’s preferences, please note that assignments are not guaranteed.
Notice of Filming & Photography
- Please be aware that photography and video recording will be taking place throughout the event.
- Purpose: These images and recordings may be used for promotional and archival purposes, including on our website, in social media posts, and in future marketing materials.
- Consent: By attending the event, you acknowledge that your appearance and voice may be captured in these recordings and released by the organizers.
Professional Environment & Age Policy
CCIB strives to create an immersive and distraction-free space for professional growth and connection. To support this atmosphere:
- Young Professionals: We welcome attendees ages 12 and older who have an interest in business.
- A Focused Space: Because our sessions involve long periods of quiet focus and high-level networking, the forum is not suitable for infants or children under 12.

Nursing Mothers: We are happy to make exceptions for nursing mothers. Please notify our team at events@ccib.ca in advance so we can provide comfortable and easy-to-access seating.
CCIB’s Code of Conduct
CCIB invites you to help us in making our events an experience that is welcoming and respectful to all who participate. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and to communicate and act in manners that are considerate, and to refrain from actions that are harmful to themselves, to others, or the CCIB.
We request that all CCIB event participants, speakers, and sponsors:
- Be professional and considerate in their communications and interactions, respect personal boundaries, and be kind to others.
- Behave in a way that promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that is free of harassment or discrimination for all.
This Code applies to in-person and virtual events, including social media interactions.
- Please report any suspected inappropriate behavior that is directed at yourself or others to info@ccib.ca or to any CCIB employee.
- Behavior that is not aligned with CCIB’s values or event Code of Conduct may result in persons or groups being removed from an event without refund and potential bans from future events.
