CCIB invites you to help us in making our events an experience that is welcoming and respectful to all who participate. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and to communicate and act in manners that are considerate, and to refrain from actions that are harmful to themselves, to others, or the CCIB.
We request that all CCIB event participants, speakers, and sponsors:
- Be professional and considerate in their communications and interactions, respect personal boundaries, and be kind to others.
- Behave in a way that promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that is free of harassment or discrimination for all.
This Code applies to in-person and virtual events, including social media interactions.
- Please report any suspected inappropriate behavior that is directed at yourself or others to info@ccib.ca or to any CCIB employee.
- Behavior that is not aligned with CCIB’s values or event Code of Conduct may result in persons or groups being removed from an event without refund and potential bans from future events.
